Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

US Returns:

• If something is not quite right, you have 14 business days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their packaging and tags and labels attached and intact.
• Returns may also be made in the MELI Showroom.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at info@meli-intl.com to initiate a return.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include your proof of purchase.
4. Ship the package to the provided return address..

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
